Sign the Ballot Petition
Print. Sign. Mail. DONE!
They won't talk about the surveillance state or the housing cartel unless we force them. Getting me on the ballot is a demand for answers. You can help me skip the $5,000 paywall in under 5 minutes.
The Core Process
Signing this petition does NOT mean you're voting for me. It means you think voters deserve the option to hear from candidates who won't pay the $5,000 entry fee. Any party, any ideology.
Why signatures instead of cash?
California gives candidates two options: pay $5,000 or collect 6,000 signatures.
Most campaigns write the check. The state prefers it that way. A filing fee keeps the ballot limited to candidates who can afford it.
I'm taking the other path. If 6,000 Californians can print a PDF and drop it in a mailbox, we force the establishment to defend the surveillance state and the housing cartel on that debate stage. Every signature is a demand that they answer for what they've done.
Before You Sign: Check Your Voter Registration
You must be a registered California voter to sign this petition. Not sure if you're registered or need to update your address?
Check Your Registration StatusTakes 30 seconds. You'll need your name, date of birth, and either your CA driver's license or SSN.
Step 1: Select Your County
We need to tell you which county to write on your form and where to drop it off.
Why This Matters
The $5,000 filing fee exists to filter the ballot. It keeps out candidates who can't write a check or convince donors to write it for them. The signature option exists as a legal alternative, but most campaigns ignore it because hiring professionals to collect signatures costs more than just paying the fee.
That's the barrier. Not the $5,000 itself, but the assumption that only candidates with money or institutional backing can clear it.
If 6,000 Californians can print a PDF, drop it in a mailbox, and get me on the ballot without a dollar changing hands, we prove the system can be beaten. We demonstrate that ballot access can be earned through actual support instead of purchased through wealth.
This isn't about me winning. It's about breaking the model that says you need to be rich or connected to even get in the race.
Want to Collect More Signatures?
One signature proves the concept. Ten signatures prove it scales.
Become an official circulator. Collect signatures from friends, family, coworkers, neighbors. Anyone 18+ can circulate. You don't need to be registered to vote or even a citizen to circulate petitions in California.
The more signatures we collect through direct voter action instead of paid professionals, the stronger the case that this model works. Show them grassroots campaigns don't need institutional backing.
Become a Circulator →Questions?
Does signing mean I'm voting for you?
No. Signing means you think voters should have the choice. You can be from any party, any ideology. You're not endorsing me. You're endorsing ballot access.
What happens to my signature and personal info?
It goes directly to your county registrar, a government office, not my campaign. This is not a mailing list. We never see your information if you submit your own petition. It's used solely to verify you're a registered voter.
Does my party affiliation matter?
Not at all. Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, independents, anyone registered to vote in California can sign. Ballot access petitions are non-partisan.
Can I circulate if I'm not a registered voter?
Yes. You can circulate a petition as long as you are 18 or older. However, only registered California voters are eligible to sign the petition's table. If you are not registered, you may not add your own signature to the sheet (just sign the circulator's affidavit).
Can I get signatures from people in other counties?
All signatures on one petition form must be from the same county. But you can print multiple forms for different counties if you know people spread across California. Each form gets mailed to that county's registrar.
What if I mess up the form?
Just print another one! The PDF is free to download and print as many times as you need.
Do I really need to print it double-sided?
No! Double-sided is ideal, but single-sided pages stapled together are also accepted. We confirmed this directly with LA and San Diego county registrars. Don't let printer limitations stop you.
Do I need a notary?
NO. The notary section on the back is optional. Leave it blank. Your signature under penalty of perjury is sufficient. No notary. No witness. No extra steps.
Can I mail it instead of dropping it off?
Yes! Mailing is the easiest option. No notary required. Just sign, envelope, stamp, mail. Forms must ARRIVE by February 4, 2026. Mail by January 28 to be safe.
Can I sign digitally or electronically?
No. Wet signatures only. You must physically sign the paper with a pen. Digital or electronic signatures will be rejected.
